These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and q36com ("q36com," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the q36com online gaming platform available at https://q36com.app and any associated mobile or web applications (collectively, the "Platform").

To access the full features of q36com, you must complete the registration process and create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes.
Each individual player is permitted to hold only one active account on q36com. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. q36com employs technical and manual verification measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, q36com reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances therein.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. q36com will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. You must notify q36com immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
q36com operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit copies of valid government-issued identification (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed or at any other time q36com deems appropriate.
Accepted Philippine government IDs include: Passport, SSS ID, UMID, PhilHealth ID, Voter's ID, Driver's License, and PhilSys National ID.
q36com accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed on the deposit page within your account. All deposits are credited in Philippine Peso (PHP). q36com does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes on average, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable bonus wagering requirements. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. q36com reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
All transactions on q36com are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). q36com is not responsible for any currency conversion fees applied by your bank or payment provider.
q36com is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activities. All transactions are monitored for suspicious activity. q36com reserves the right to freeze accounts, withhold funds, and report suspicious transactions to the appropriate Philippine authorities in accordance with Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) and its amendments.
q36com offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, and expiry periods, which are communicated at the time the bonus is offered. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the specific terms of each promotion before accepting it.
Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated in the individual promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period; failure to do so will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.
q36com reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk bets to satisfy wagering requirements, or colluding with other players to exploit promotional offers.
q36com reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such modification does not adversely affect bonuses already credited to player accounts.
All games available on q36com use certified random number generators (RNGs) that have been independently tested and audited to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. The rules applicable to each game are displayed within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of each game before placing wagers.
In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on a player's device and the result recorded on q36com's servers, the server-side result shall be deemed authoritative. q36com's decision on all game-related disputes is final and binding.
q36com reserves the right to void any bet or game round where a technical malfunction, software error, or human error has materially affected the outcome. In such cases, the wagered amount will be returned to the player's account.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of q36com.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, q36com, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.
q36com's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your q36com account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
q36com does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
q36com collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with Republic Act No. 10173, the Data Privacy Act of 2012, and its implementing rules and regulations. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
q36com implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Your data will not be sold to third parties. It may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, and regulatory authorities where required by law.

In the event of a dispute, you agree to first contact q36com's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines.
